Found this through email and it seems entirely sensible as a way to find ePUB. I hope to find out more at the London Book Fair.

If it works as suggested and enough publishers get involved it may quite quickly demonstrate how XML workflows can flourish online. Print could do the same with JDF and may need to compare for speed and flexibility as a publishing option.
